Rental Strategy & Pricing
We'll start with your goals, timeline and property. I'll analyze the current rental market, recommend a competitive rental rate and walk you through anything I recommend doing before we list.
Professional Listing & Marketing
I'll handle getting your property market-ready and listed, including professional listing photos, MLS entry, property details and online marketing designed to get your home in front of prospective tenants.
Showings & Inquiries
Once we're live, I'll manage showing requests, communicate with prospective tenants and agents, answer property questions and keep you updated on activity and feedback.
Applications & Tenant Screening
I'll coordinate the application and screening process, including credit, background, rental history and income/employment verification, then review the results with you so you can make an informed decision.
Lease & Move-In Coordination
Once you select an applicant, I'll handle the lease paperwork and coordinate deposits, important dates, required documents and communication leading up to move-in.
From Listed to Leased
I'll carry the process from pricing and professional photos through tenant placement and an executed lease. Once your tenant takes possession, you can manage the property yourself or I can connect you with a trusted property management company.
